Positive: Good Breakfast with a lot of variety. Clean & Spacious Rooms with a beautiful view from the Balcony. Beautiful outdoor pool with beautiful surroundings.

Negative: The staff that were working at the rooftop pool bar have no experience what so ever. We ordered to cocktails which one of them was a sex on the beach so a basic cocktail and it was completely the opposite.Had missing ingredients and when we told the bartender he said “because it has already too much sugar in it so I decided not to add all the ingredients” not professional at all.The other thing is a lack of staff, the majority of the time the bars by the pool are left unattended and you need to call each time you want to buy something so an employee comes to serve you. Last thing I went to the reception asking for an ashtray to smoke in the balcony and he told me that guests are not allowed to smoke in the balcony when I specifically booked a room with a balcony just so I could smoke and by the way when I booked nowhere was written that guests cannot smoke in the balcony.
