Summary: Overall okay, but there were a few missing things. No microwave. No gas barbeque. The fire pit is a charcoal barbeque on tripod legs. No barbeque utensils, so bring your own or be prepared to purchase. The listing failed to state that the property (land) is shared with a second unit with a tenant. Upon check-in the entry code didn't work, but the owner answered the phone and worked it out within a few minutes. All amenities in the home worked well and the location was very convenient for what we needed. Happy to find there was a half bathroom (toilet and sink) in addition to the full bathroom (toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower combo). Be careful using the stairs up and down to the loft area.
