Positive: Apartment accomodation, Invertor back up, working ac, good, peaceful surronding ambience, part sea glimpse from balcony.
Negative: Far away - needs dedicated transport, food is very costly and minimal option- no boards to direct to villa, no catetaker at night- scary with elders@ medical emergency.

Positive: Exquisite location. Cosy cottage. Well maintained lawn and garden. Delicious food. Excellent service by caretaker Sunil and his wife Pratiksha.
Negative: Room to improve Daily replenishment of coffee/ tea material near hot kettle. Suggest to use a tray. Provide glasses for drinking water.

Positive: A good homely stay along with good service provided by the hosts and amazing food.
Negative: Bedrooms could've been bit cleaner. Nothing much but found a few cockroaches (3) in bathroom.

Positive: Caretaker is excellent and prompt. Very clean surroundings. Well maintained lawns. Owner and caretaker both kept calling to guide to the location.
Negative: The location was far away from the beach. The cost was way more than what I would have paid for a similar properly.
Summary: Nice villa, bit pricey for the facilities available.
