Positive: Great location and price. We enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean. It was within walking distance of a great Diner we went for breakfast. Close to the shore but didn't have to pay shore prices. Staff was friendly.

Positive: Nice location. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Negative: Mold on the lamp shade and the lamp didn’t work. But there was plenty of lights the lamp could be removed and no one came to take trash or to replenish washcloths or towels daily. This isn’t a huge deal but we stayed there 3 days and there was 1 tiny trash can and a bath set for each of us but we stayed for 3 days.

Summary: Not great but comfortable enough for the price.

Positive: I liked how it was affordable on a weekday night considering its amenities and distance to the beach.

Negative: I didn’t like how the pool opened at 11 am because my checkout was at 10 am. The pool should open earlier for those who arrive to the premises later the night before their checkout.
