Positive: NO Pet Fee! Beds were comfortable (very comgortable). The doggos felt comfortable and relaxed easily. The front desk was exceptional. She realized I was a single female on my own and placed me near the office for extra security and safety and on the first floor which was an additional plus. My little doggo didn't do stairs. It was a nice night before the second leg of my long trip to FL. Definitely will stay again if needed.

Negative: I did feel like I was being a bit inconsiderate due to awaking the front desk when I left at 600 am. No 24 hr desk. Especially just to turn in my key.

Summary: Pleasent comfortable stay with the doggos.
