Summary: The staff was nice and helpful. It’s just the area it’s in. Lots of homeless people and bad stuff going on. People walking in and out of the hotel that aren’t staying there (staff reported). It just did not feel safe

Summary: The floor and shower was dirty along with there was blood on the wall near sink all walls could use a good wipe down. Trash up under the sink. And I still haven’t gotten my deposit back I had to pay deposit and pet fee at location was not expecting that had to go deposit more money on my card

Summary: Booked two rooms for a one night stay at this location. Based on the reviews, I expected that the area might be a little rundown, but many other reviews said the rooms would be clean. I personally would not recommend a stay at this location. When we arrived, the building was very rundown on the inside. It feels very much like an old apartment building instead of a hotel. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful when I had to request a switch for my parents’ room. I had booked an accessible room for my parents because of their health conditions. Unfortunately, that room was not clean. There was mud on the floor and what appeared to be a noticeable amount of blood on the wall in the bathroom. When we reported this, housekeeping denied it was blood and did not offer to clean it up. The front office staff switched the room, but there were no other accessible rooms available. My parents ended up just having to deal with trying to navigate a room without the added helps. Good price, friendly staff, but I would not consider this a clean or updated facility. I would not stay again.

Summary: Our stay was great. I was in town to graduate from college and had my family with me; my kids and mom. We were able to easily check in and even ask for extra towels. The hotel is located in a great place where we were able to have access to all the food places and shopping places. It was even easier to check out. Overall it was a great stay.
