Positive: The location was right off of 50, so if traveling that road I would highly recommend the location. The room was very clean for a budget hotel. The parking area was heavily pot holed so be aware if you have a low frame vehicle, but that was the only issue.

Negative: Road and parking area are heavily pot holed.
