Summary: Staff was wonderful and as nice as could be. The area was really confusing to navigate. It was dark when I got there and there wasn’t good lighting to show where the hotel was. It did get a little loud at night I could hear people outside talking for a while. I was on the third floor just a little sketchy. Very clean room and nice and clean white towels. Comfy bed. Just stayed 1 night which was enough for me

Summary: The service was always with a smile and they were generous. Instead of the 5 star hotels nickle and diming you for everything from wifi to early check in (after a 14hr drive), Red Roof did not. We were very grateful they let our 7lb dog stay for free and they gave us an end unit so that we would be near the pet relief station AND smoking area. The AC kept us partially frozen, which is how we like it! Obviously it is adjustable. The only issue we had was the bed (sit on the edge and you slip off or it would bounce you til next Sunday) and the interesting people who sat in their cars for hours. We loved the microwave & mini fridge and easy access to the elevator and ice!

Summary: It's a Red Roof, so don't expect fancy amenities or large rooms. But parking was easy, the room was clean, and the tv worked well. No complaints - thanks.

Summary: The room smelled awful when we first walked in. Saw a towel on the floor, realized it was there cuz the air conditioner was leaking water. But too late as I had already set some of my stuff down, so it got wet. We were too tired to ask if we could get a new room. So just went to sleep. The shower had amazing pressure. The staff was very pleasant! Nice location - close to multiple restaurants! Felt very safe!! So plenty of good to go with the bad!

Summary: Avg place for the price. Room smelled a little musty and the exterior is pretty worn out. Overall the only real negative was the pillows.
