Summary: The house and location are fantastic, nice to be near trailheads and away from the uptown traffic. Only snafu was an issue with cleaning, 2 of the beds still had dirty sheets. The management company sent cleaners over the next day to fix it.

Summary: Whether sitting on the outside patio, or inside the house, the views out back are breathtaking. Hiking trailhead withing walking distance. Close proximity to dining, grocery, coffee, anything you need. Spacious inside, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, can comfortably accomodate 8 people if using trundles in living room. Kitchen well stocked. Finishes in house are very nice too! We didn't want to leave.

Summary: Everything including location was great. Well stocked with all of the necessities. I would recommend replacing the coffee pot, the hard water has been hard on it to the point it takes 20 minutes for a small pot of coffee
