Summary: Positive- staff, clean Negative - o space for luggage or clothing. A simple fold away rack for suitcase would ba a good improvement No the, coffee, cups, hot warmer kettle would be a minimum Location is not pedestrian friendly

Summary: The hotel is getting older and it shows. The Aircon was on but not cold and when we told the staff they just tried setting the thermostat lower. The room was warm the entire stay and we woke up to a wet floor. The air in the corridor was cooler and you could feel the difference when you opened the room. Location is good and the Mediterranean restaurant by the hotel entrance is delicious.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It's location is unbeatable: walking distance to St Francis parish for daily prayer in Adoration chapel & daily Mass, walking distance to the best shopping/dining options in Shangri-La & SM Megamall. Fast internet & very easy to book Grab. Hotel staff are professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. During our check-out, I accidentally left one of my suitcases. The front desk staff tried to contact me ASAP, calling me 11 times. Finally, I was able to see the message & arranged for the suitcase to be picked up as we headed to airport. Thank you so much, you truly saved the day!!!
