Summary: The bed and breakfast was very cozy. Very friendly service. Very nice room with good mattress and there was a refrig, and coffeemaker. Parking was easy on-site. Met all our needs. Breakfast was a delight.

Summary: Room was nice. Courteous host, breakfast was ok, but communication is pretty much non existent. Dont necessarily think I would recommend to anyone that wants a personal B&B experience.

Summary: Our host was extremely gracious! I felt at home. We had some last minute delays and plan changes and he was more than accommodating! We also enjoyed a delicious home made breakfast! I recommend to anyone. Very clean, very quiet, very homey. I will return.

Summary: The room was beautiful and very clean and we had a great breakfast.George the owner was very friendly and approachable. The place was convenient to areas we wanted to visit, we were always driving opposite of traffic so it was great. We would definitely recommend.

Summary: This bed and breakfast was a beautiful, charming, and lovely home with an attentive and friendly owner, who did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. It is the best stay we have had in the York area and outranks many places we have stayed elsewhere. We will be back!

Summary: Check-in was a little tricky, as check in hours were like 4p to 7p and I was there around 4:40p. The door was locked, and I rang the bell a number of times and called to leave a voice message. As I started to walk around the property, the owner met me and ushered me in. George is very personable and has created a nice B&B environment. Parking is in the back from the main road and the area appeared safe. The bedroom was small and had a micro-fridge and small microwave, both older but adequate. Breakfast was basic, oatmeal and pancakes, coffee. I think George would have provided eggs and toast if asked. There was no menu, it was offered as is. Although this was my first stay at a B&B, it met expectations nicely. Breakfast with 3 other strangers, all of us sharing stories around the table for about 90-minutes. The atmosphere was conducive to this very thing. I've never experienced that at any hotel/motel I have stayed with.
