Positive: The location is excellent. Shops are nearby in walking distance. There is a park that I can walk and do some exercise with fabulous view of the town. Public parking is easily accessible. The appartment is quite well equipped.

Negative: The stairs to the attic with a proper double bed are vulnerable for elderly. A drain board is necessary for drying dishes.

Summary: Good value for money. But one has to be physically fit to go up and down the stairs.
