This welcoming restored farmhouse is loaded with character and charm in a rural country setting on almost 3 acres. This home sleeps up to 10 guests. Located right in between Bellefontaine & Urbana, yet easy to get to Columbus or Dayton within 50 mins.
The space
The home features gorgeous hardwood floors/trim, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an updated galley kitchen –with a Keurig Coffee maker (single serve for pods too), fully stocked for all your cooking needs with a full-size dishwasher, range and refrigerator, 3 seasons room, and a wraparound covered porch – just perfect to sit, sip your coffee and watch the beautiful country sunsets.
For your comfort & enjoyment we have provided Wifi, Smart TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), books, games, outdoor seating, outdoor grill, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, and grilling spices.
Your hosts are very close if you need something or are in a pinch. Quiet hours outdoors are from 10 PM to 7 AM in respect of our neighbors.
