Summary: We stayed here for a week in November and it was lovely. Great neighborhood next to the smaller market and walking distance from the larger more touristy night market. Easy pick up for tours and you’re in walking distance of basically anything you need. We had one of the loft style rooms and really appreciated the extra space to rest in between activities or to eat takeout at home when we were tired. The Breakfast was great, especially for someone with gluten sensitivity I appreciated having some non-western breakfast options. We even decided to check out the foam party they had in the pool on Saturday night- it was so fun :) Clientele was a mix of couples and families and we had no trouble sleeping at night, it was nice and quiet. Special shout out to the staff, Fon, Gift and the entire team who were amazing throughout our stay!!! Would recommend The Red Ginger Chic Resort to anyone coming to area.

Summary: Incredible rooms on the pool, excellent service and friendly staff. I will return and stay here again - two thumbs up!! Great music by a talented band in the lobby two of the nights I was here - much better than the music in the bars

Summary: An absolutely fantastic stay. The pool was lovely and I think the eco initiatives of the hotel are fantastic. We upgraded and got pool access rooms, they were phenomenal. The only issue at all was the hard beds!! The location is great too

Summary: Very hard and uncomfortable bed! Strange design on sink which was located outside of bathroom with a too short water faucet. Good breakfast and staff were very nice and service minded, so overall a nice visit! Not so nice for a smoker, as you are basically referred to the street… very much different from other hotels in the area which have ashtrays on balconies and in pool area etc.

Summary: Hotel was overall ok, a little tired in places and sometimes the service was a little slow. We were given a voucher for 15% discount and was told we could put food and drinks on the room and claim this when we checked out. Unfortunately when we checked out we were then told this could only be applied if we showed the voucher at the bar every time we ordered. Bedroom was cleaned thoroughly each day and the pool area good.
