Positive: Location for breakfast was the room which was supposed to be a restaurant. However, the layout and the furniture was sub-standard. There was not adequate choice of food for a supposedly three star hotel. The food served was of poor quality.

Negative: On the day we checked in, we went for lunch to the so called restaurant. The furniture had been moved around in a haphazard manner and were scattered all over the room. when we said we wanted to have lunch they pulled a table to the centre of the room and put two chairs on two sides. We asked whether this was the restaurant. We were told it was indeed the restaurant but since there is an event in the evening (a private wedding ceremony) they were preparing the place for the event. At a table a few feet away there was a person who was talking to someone on a cellphone, at the top of his voice. The items on the menu were limited and hardly palatable. On the whole, a very poor experience for a Lemon Tree Hotel.

Positive: Early Check in request was considered . Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and understanding the requirements. As soon as available, they provided room.

Negative: The travel desk is not available. Autos in front of the property demand high and poorly educated. You have to depend on rapido or uber for travel.

Positive: Quality and Taste of food was very good especially south Indian dishes and live counter items. Also coffee from the coffee machine was very good.

Negative: Breakfast service was very slow. Staff in the restaurant was chit chatting to each other rather than attending the guests.
