Positive: gorgeous location
Negative: you literally park in front of the cabins and they charge you a hefty parking fee — nickel and diming guests forces them to go elsewhere also, upon check-in the front desk person said the pool was under construction and therefore not useable (no discount for reduced amenities) but upon checking out i was informed that the pool was just fine —- with 100+ temps not having access to a pool was very disappointing
Summary: not worth the money

Positive: Spectacular location! The views in all directions were amazing and there is not a bad room in the house. Request a river view to see sunrise - but the opposite rooms look out at spectacular cliffs and horses grazing in the foreground. Close to amazing parks but you could also be happy to just stay here.
Negative: Warning - there is no cell service and wifi is very spotty especially in the rooms. So perfect if you want to disconnect but difficult if you are working on the road. Staff service is mixed - phenomenal and poor. Seems surprising to pay for parking in this locale. Communication poor - emails about construction ending in March (our stay was in July), erratic Departure billing - I received 3 different folios with varying amounts.
Summary: Spectacular location near Moab, Arches, Canyonlands.

Positive: The scenery. The room decor.
Negative: Construction outside our door! The laundry room, workout room and surrounding area were under construction. Until we complained at 8pm! No soap for 2 days! We had to use shampoo. The pool and hot tub were gross. And the one and only restaurant was WAY over priced and not great. We were so excited because this looked so great online, but we were very disappointed. When we talked to the front desk they offered us a measly 3,000 points. Which does nothing.
Summary: Disappointing for sure

Positive: Beautiful location, spotless and really nicely done room, fantastic food and gorgeous views over the river and mountains. Honestly a perfect spot this part of Utah
Negative: The staff were lovely but clearly needed a little training / scheduling - particularly the morning crew. Each time I went to check in desk was a 10 minute+ wait with no one manning it. Not the end of the world at all but thought I’d let you know! But everyone was lovely
Summary: Lovely time, perfect location & excellent property. I will definitely recommend and try and come back!

Positive: Scenic location and stunning but the 30 minute, one way drive into Moab and back was getting tiresome! Beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage.
Negative: Only one over priced restaurant which was ok. I guess you're paying for the view. A second option would be great! A real refrigerator would have been so much better to keep water and beverages cold. $20 daily parking fee! Paying so much money already per night. Beautiful, large walk-in shower. I still dont understand who designs these bathrooms and dont put at least a little ledge in them for woman to save our legs! 🤷‍♀️ Pool can use updating. Larger trash cans! Windows shades to close at night in the living room area
Summary: Red Cliff Lodge

Positive: The scenery was beautiful.
Negative: Expensive with enough that made it less than comfortable: the sliding door on our cabin did latch, too many light switches and not enough lights, no dishes or microwave to be able to make use of cabin set up (eg reheat leftovers).
Summary: It was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, but we likely wouldn’t choose to stay here again if we return to the area.
