Positive: Its really weird that some reviews were all lies like: this place is great it’s close to the center 3km is nothing in my opinion and there is a mall and a restaurant just down the road it’s super clean it’s the owner is a lovely person and it’s cheap and really affordable. I really recommend this place

Positive: Our last day in Armenia -wrapping up an amazing road trip through the country- was spent at this beautiful guesthouse, and it was a perfect way to end the journey. The attention we received was excellent from the very beginning. The family who owns the place was incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful, always offering help with anything we might need and making us feel truly welcome. The room was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, and just what we were looking for. Given the high temperatures during our stay, the swimming pool was a fantastic and much-appreciated bonus that allowed us to relax and cool off. We were also happy to be able to park our car safely inside the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary tea and the delicious homemade Armenian sweets -a lovely touch that made us feel even more at home.
