Summary: Staff very nice - property was dirty, rooms were in serious need of repair and maintenance. We would only stay here again as a very last resort.

Summary: This is a locally owned family run business. It is not a chain. So i knew that and had appropriate expectations when I arrived. The staff was kind and walked us to our room. The carpet was new and the bed was comfy. The water pressure was great. We stayed here to go to the races. It was great for our trip.
