Summary: My brothers and I were celebrating my Dad's birthday via surprise party at Rail & Rye down the street and then spent the weekend at Red Berry Hollow. Our party consisted of 22 adults and 6 children. Everyone had plenty of room when utilizing the house, casita, and cabin. The owner was responsive and so generous with everything she provided. It was truly an unmatched experience after years and years of renting on VRBO. My Dad's family flew in from Chicago and we wanted to give them a Texas experience and this definitely fit the bill. There was so much to do we never left the house the entire weekend. Would love to make this an annual trip if possible. Thank you Janis!

Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend with our extended family - 5 couples and 6 kids, aged 13-24. We had plenty of room for eveyone to sleep comfortably and there was so much to do. The property is amazing, the game room is so fun, the media room was fun for movie night and the pool was perfect. It was especially nice that every room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for 16 and it was really nice that we could all dine together at one table. Aside from a quick trip to bluebell and HEB, we didnt even leave the property!! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Summary: This property is amazing, the views are incredible and Janis is fabulous to work with. The house had everything that we could have needed, there were games and outdoor activities, a pool that some brave ones did swim in because the temperatures were still kind of cool. We used the Casita and the little cabin and they were also just as charming. The main house was perfect for the rehearsal dinner for outdoor and inside seating. The weekend was perfect and Janis, the host, took care of all of our needs. Would definitely highly recommend and stay here again.

Summary: This is a gorgeous property. We used it for our daughter's wedding reception. It was enough space for all our overnight guests & specious enough to have guest for the wedding reception. Very impressive property with plenty activities for the family. Everyone loved it and thought it was just so beautiful! My daughter & son-in-law were so happy to have their wedding reception at Red Berry Hollow. We have made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for sharing your unique Ranch with us.

Summary: The house with casita, cabin & grounds were amazing. It was the perfect place for the rehearsal dinner & for all the bridal party to stay. The house furnishings were impeccable and the views of countryside from the house were just gorgeous . I highly recommend for any big family gathering , everyone had so much fun! The host is excellent & thought of anything & everything you would need ! We want to come back soon !
