Our coziest unit in this 3 unit building. 2 bedroom upstairs apartment 1 bath. 2 beds Spacious living room.
We are within minutes of the 4 Corners Park and Post Office for your motorcycle tour documentation! We also have a direct route to the ATV/recreational trails if you prefer the dustier side of riding! - Summer
Winter fun - Madawaska snowmobile club grooms straight to the driveway.
Summer - ATV trails directly across the road.
We are 1 minute from Madawaska, 15-20 minutes from Long Lake, and 30 minutes from Fort Kent for skiing, biathlon, Can-am, and UMFK.
On the town line of Frenchville and Madawaska, Maine
Within minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, town, ATV, snowmobile trail right across from the driveway. Canadian border.
Fully furnished with washer/dryer. WIFI with streaming TV's (You can access free programming on Youtube and Amazon or Bring your own log in information for your enjoyment.). Large driveway with ability to park trailers.
Although very spacious, this is a converted old home, which means the ceilings are lower than the norm. If you are over 6' tall, there may be some awkward angles getting out of bed for you.
No smoking.
We have recently cleared more area around the property to add in picnic tables both in the visible yard and then in the woods out back. You can have a fire at each spot and enjoy the Northern Maine nights!

Summary: This was a great apartment (1 of 3 in the property) for a weekend away for snowmobiling! We loved the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room areas. Ple ty if room for our stuff, food, and easy for someone to jump into bed while someone else stayed up to watch a movie. The washer and dryer were a great additional perk to the property. Parking was very generous. Plenty of room for multiple trucks with trailers. Some retail nearby and several restaurants nearby. Ryan, the host, was more than accommodating, messaging us early on and providing updates on local happenings the weekend we were there. Couldn't have asked for a more cozy, fun upstairs apartment for. 4-day weekend. Will be back in the summer to enjoy the ATV trail!
