Positive: The house is comfortable for three families. There are three separate bedrooms. In addition there are three separate bathrooms. One on each floor The location of the house is good with a nice view. The distance to the beach is long and it is necessary to travel by car for a few minutes

Positive: The villa is beautifully designed with 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, clean, quiet, with a very beautiful view. The owners are very nice. They welcomed us with water and cold juices and helped us during the entire stay, including valuable indications related to car services.

Negative: The beach is relatively close, but it is easier to reach by car because when returning from the beach, you have to go on a slightly uphill road and it is more difficult with luggage and heated by the sun. The good side is that it takes only 3 minutes to get to the Elany beach...

Positive: We had a wonderful time staying at the house rented from Rebecca and Christos. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed. The house was perfectly prepared for our stay: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts thought of every detail to make us feel at home. We were particularly pleased with their friendliness and willingness to help with any questions. Rebecca and Christos were always available and did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their hospitality left us with the warmest memories. The house is also conveniently located, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back again.

Positive: This was one of our best experiences in Greece, we had an amazing holiday and the villa exceeded our expectation. Amazing location în a pine forest. Elani is a tourism complex of houses with own beach. It is perfect for those looking for Peace, quietness, away from tourist crowds. The villa is best for families with teenagers or older kids, group of friends. It is not suitable for families with small children because of the further location to the beach and the steep staircase (with all bedrooms located on top floors). The owners are very kind people; the communication was great (we used vyber and the host responded very fast to all our questions and requests). They had complementary wine, ouzo and soft drinks in the fridge as welcome! Below some tips/ what we loved: 1. Location of the villa - 15-20 min walk to Elani beach on a concrete road. It is on the further end of Elani (the last row of villas) but we did not mind the walk and appreciated the privacy. The walk in itself is quite picturesque with pine trees and greenery. The beach has a bar and a great taverna with stunning sea view (we had lunch there a couple of times and the food was yummy - especially the fish soup). We went to Siviri (7 min by car) for more tavernas in the evening (Sto Kima is our favorite where we had mouth-watering Greek musaka). 2. We loved the wild part of Elani beach, it had shadow until 2 pm from the pine trees (great for hot August weather). The water is quite shallow, although with some rocks. We tried Siviri beach a few times but it was narrow and extremely crowded, so Elani beach is our favorite. 3. We were specifically looking for bedrooms on separate floors since we were traveling with friends and our teenage boys and wanted privacy. The villa has two separate bathrooms - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, and 1 large bedroom (2 double and 1 single beds - great for our teendage boys) and a bathroom on the 3rd floor.

Negative: The bathrooms and kitchen furniture is dated, but it did not bother us, because of so many other positives.
