Positive: Very easy, the owner sent through details of where the keys were.

Negative: It wasn't possible to open the french doors in the bedroom and we would have liked there to be a colander among the kitchen equipment.

Positive: A clean and comfortable apartment

Negative: Although the block itself was quiet the fact that the bedrooms face onto the main road made it a noisy sleep. Especially with the window/door open as it was warm. There were no towels evident on arrival but we found some in a cupboard. We had to find the shower & towel rail mains to switch on before use . There wasn’t a plug for the kitchen sink, so a bit of a task when washing up. More kitchen knives would be beneficial too. Maybe an additional info card/folder for manuals/ appliance instructions But overall it was a comfortable pleasant stay. Thank you x

Positive: It had everything you would need for a short stay and very comfortable, I would book again. It appeared clean looking around but the bath was dirty lots of dirt and hair underneath the non slip mat, also hair on the towels left on the beds but overall was a very pleasant stay.
