Positive: The apartment was spacious enough for two people. It had plenty of useful amenities (washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, iron, TV, cleaning supplies, etc.). The Wi-Fi was strong enough, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The loggia was very large. There were secure, monitored parking spaces. As for the location – it may not be the prettiest, but it's close to the sea and plenty of restaurants/fast food joints. The owner, who advised us on many matters (car rental, restaurant selection, was very responsive to questions and responded quickly), is a very cheerful person with whom you can have a normal conversation. And finally, the price-quality ratio in this place is perfect.

Negative: When we arrived, the water heater wasn't working, but we contacted the owner, and a plumber arrived a few hours later to service it. It turned out the previous visitor hadn't turned it off, which caused the problem. Sometimes dogs bark at night. If one starts, dogs from all over the neighborhood can start barking. We used earplugs. In the evening, when there's no light, it's hard to figure out exactly where the building is. Some buildings look similar. During the day, you can see the sign on the building.

Positive: Perfect location. Nice and quiet. The apartment has everything you need, including beach equipment. Shopping close by. Bus just one street over. Super close to the beach

Positive: Very nice apartment, spacious and clean, close to Flic en Flac public beach. We had a great time, the host was responsive and we had all amenities we needed, including beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. Also plenty of kitchen utensils available, nice balcony, where we sat in the evening or in the morning. The nearby beach is a bit rocky but there are much nicer parts southwards. All in all, it was worth and we recommend!
