Positive: Good location near department stores, restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious. Better than UB Grand Hotel where we also stayed.

Negative: Had to make our own beds with disposable sheets and not enough towels for the three of us. No tea or coffee like other apartment we stayed at earlier in the trip, not the best kitchen if you want to stay and cook. Heat could not be shut off despite warm temperatures, so we had to open windows which seemed wasteful. Only one key makes it hard to go out separately.

Summary: Keep looking, although a decent option for group

Positive: Clean. Quiet. Equipped (had everything I wanted). Close to downtown. Good responsive landlord. Basically everything.

Negative: Hmm. I try to be honest in my reviews. Usually there's one or two things I have a problem with. This time... not so easy. This place was nice. Ah, the disposable bedding/towel thing was a bit annoying but at least I knew the stuff was clean.

Summary: Best value for the cost that I could find in the city.

Positive: Spacious apartment and good location near the centre of town.

Negative: It seemed a needless amount of waste to use disposable linen and towels. We were told we could use the proper linen but there was only one towel for 3 people. This meant we had to make own beds which, after a 10 hour day on the road, was not optimal. Coffee mugs would have been good too. Only glasses available. And the front door lock was extremely difficult to open.

Summary: Spacious, good location, but had to make own bed.

Positive: Love the apartment - it was clean and very neat - 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, very spacious). Big lounge with kitchen. We loved staying here and the location is super - easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, mall with Burger King and very nice coffee shop. And right nextto GRACE COFFEE SHOP - an amazing little place with great coffee and quick eats!

Negative: The fridge is a bit small (tiny size) and the kitchen needs more knifes, forks, cups and pots. But we still loved staying here!
