Summary: Lovely hotel, clean room, very firm mattress, very friendly welcome. There was no aircon in the room i booked, this was advised on the info, it was a very warm night and a fan had been provided which was appreciated. There is a small lift available and tea and coffee for free just off reception.

Summary: Great stay at this cute hotel that was close to the subway & bus stop/station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Our room could have used a new mattress, but overall it was a great place to call home while in London. The area is safe & we would stay there again.
