Summary: I found rooms are dirty & dusty. Requiring wipe down on items/furnitures. Room is run down & in need of renovation. Staff are very friendly & helpful, like King & Pepe. Pool was wonderful giving kids 3 different one to choose from. Breakfast buffet is wonderful & lots of selection. Love they had golf cart to drive out to main road. Resort restuarants arent great. Too commercialized to westerners. Padthai was not authentic at all...too much ketchup.

Summary: The resort is of good quality and provides clean room, very large swimming pools, and private beach. However our room is not cleaned on a daily basis and there was a time when we had to ask the housekeeper for a supply of toilet paper. Otherwise, the room is clean and good for stay. The location is a little far from the main attraction in Pattaya and one needs one own car to get there. The transportation provided by the hotel is rather expensive. There is not a good outside, within walking distance, restaurant close by but there is a convenient store at the front entrance.

Summary: I stayed in the family suite. I love the room. And also the private beach and pools are nice. I wish the water in the pools were a little warmer than those. And it‘ll be great if they have a jacuzzi on the poolside.
