Wow. Just look at this setting. Imagine sitting outside listening to the soothing sounds of the Blue River and the birds calling while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Or, slip into that riverside hot tub after a day’s adventures in the mountains. And the best part is: The inside of this home is just as nice! This is a one-of-a-kind home where vacation memories are made to last a lifetime. You and your family and friends will love it!
This stunning 3-bedroom plus loft, 4-bathroom (plus 2 half-bathrooms) luxury home accommodates up to 10 people with ease. And with three bedrooms that are full suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for multiple families and couples to share. There’s even a bus stop to the slopes and downtown less than 100 yards from the door!
The living area is bright, open and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and huge windows overlooking the river. There’s a spectacular floor-to-ceiling river-rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying a movie or the game. Plus, there’s a huge family room area downstairs with another gas fireplace, a wet bar and a pool table. Both living areas feature high-end leather furniture and plenty of seating options!
The kitchen? Top of the line, of course. There’s an extra-large, professional quality gas range with two ovens and all the gear you’ll need to easily whip up everything from breakfast and snacks to large holiday meals. You’ll love the abundant granite counter space. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of options, too. The large dining table can seat up to 10. There’s a smaller table with seating for four, and there’s room for five more at the counter.
Outside, the expansive multilevel decks offer the perfect place to relax and enjoy the river views. There’s also a hot tub and large gas grill. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised to see fox, deer, elk and even the occasional moose venturing down to the water for a drink. (Please remember to maintain a safe distance and never try to interact with the wildlife).
The home also features a heated 2-car garage (with parking for four more vehicles in the driveway) and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Summary: We stayed for a family ski vacation. The property exceed our expectations. The home was beautiful, well furnished, and clean. The pictures don’t do it justice! The layout of the home allowed for plenty of room to spread out with flexible sleeping options and room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful! I love fire places and this house had 3 in different rooms of the home. Having the creek in the back was very charming. The bus stop for the ski resorts was very close to the house, which was so convenient. House was equipped for us to cook and grill. The husbands really enjoyed the pool table and the kids had board games. They even had humidifiers available, which we appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this house! The only thing we thought could have been better was the fact that we booked the house during the Christmas week, so if the house was decorated for Christmas it would have been nicer. Another suggestion would be to add another phone charger outlet to the other side of the bed in the master’s bedroom so a couple can both charge their phones at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: This home was awesome and in a great location to everything. The river running behind the home is amazing and we did see a moose on the opposite side one afternoon. That was cool. Property was clean and stocked better than any home we have stayed in. Overall awesome home.CONS: The master bedroom is stuffy...a $100 ceiling fan would have made our experience much better. The $20 box fan provided does nothing. The only windows to open in the master are in the adjoining room. The living room TV is way too small for this home and the volume had to be turned up to 90 just to hear it. This home with those ceilings should have a 60" TV at the least. The garage barely fits small cars so don't attempt an SUV. The first garage on the left is too small (length wise) and you have to hold the button the entire time to get the door to go down.

Summary: We absolutely loved the house! We had a group of 10 and had MORE than enough space for everyone. We loved all the windows and beautiful views. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing, so we spent quite a bit of time down there. Kitchen was great to cook in and had plenty of cookware, plates, cups, and seasonings. Being on the shuttle route was great and made getting to the slopes and town a lot easier. My only complaint is that the house was very understocked. We only had about 1 towel per person and especially with a hot tub, I would have at least expected some beach towels or additional shower towels. There were no hand towels or hand soap in any of the bathrooms. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and were not given any laundry detergent. Overall still a great experience, but I hope the mentioned issues are fixed so that future guests are better off. I would love to come back here next season (or even in the summer.)
