The Avenue Suite at the Westside Lodging location steps right out onto Main Street. This four room suite features a propane fireplace at the foot of the king bed, an extra room with a desk for workspace/reading, a luxuriously large sectional, and large tv with Netflix. For cooking, a side patio with grill, & the kitchenette includes microwave, coffeemaker, countertop oven, small frig, & washer/ dryer. Dog friendly (read other detaiIs) Includes a private parking space for NON-oversized vehicles
The space
And incredibly spacious four room suite, perfect getaway for two… Or if desired we leave extra bedding as one extra person is allowed on the couch. Perfect for those wanting to be in the midst of downtown.
As stated this suite is right on Main Street, especially in the summer time in this rural ranching community, trucks and pick ups will start in the morning and run through the day… If a more quiet and dark space is preferred, the four spaces on our Granda court location might be more desired
PET STAYS PLEASE READ. We have 4 dog-friendly spaces…Little Brick Lodge, Mountain Hideaway, The Avenue Suite, and The Blue Skies Suite. By law trained service dogs are allowed in any space (see below) We do NOT allow cats or any other animals.
Guests traveling with their pet MUST advise us and agree to be charged $55 for up to two dogs per stay. If you have a highly shedding breed or if there is extra heavy pet use during the stay, you may be charged $75, $95, or cost of damages
Because we do love our furry guests, we ask that no animals be left alone in an accommodation so as to avoid damage, and/or whining/barking due to scared pets in an unfamiliar space. We allow dogs so you can vacation WITH your furry friend, not so you can leave your pet alone all day or evening. If you feel you have a situation meriting a different consideration, please just reach out to the owner/manager, Bianca. You will be called if complaints are received and must return immediately to handle your pet situation or the reservation may be canceled without refund.
Please do not try to sneak pets in thinking we can’t tell, as that creates an uncomfortable situation for us all.
We leave a basket of old towels and sheets to help cover furnishings to protect against hair, dirt, and towels for muddy feet… please help us keep our pet cleaning fees low by using these, and please DO NOT wash pets in our bathrooms
Service animals, which are individually trained to perform tasks for those with disabilities, are allowed in ALL spaces and, by law, are not required to pay a pet fee. In consideration of those with allergies and the extra cleaning required, we kindly ask guests to make an effort to book one of our dog-friendly spaces first if available/possible and let us know so we can account for extra cleaning time. We are legally permitted to ask: 1. Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability, 2. What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.
Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals under the ADA or Colorado law. So we welcome them in any of our 4 dog-friendly spaces only. Pet cleaning fees DO apply for emotional support animals.

Summary: I was so happy with my stay! When I walked in, I couldn't believe how large the space was. It felt like such a nice retreat with so many thoughtful details. I especially loved the inspirational quotes that were printed. There were many amenities that I didn't expect which made this an extra special and comfortable stay. All directions were super clear. Summary: We had so much fun here! It’s right in the middle of town which gave us easy access to everything. The little apartment is adorable. Really cute and has everything we needed. We grilled steaks the first night. The grill worked great. We had all the dishes we needed. Best of all, the chairs on the little patio were comfy. This really was a perfect stay! The only thing that surprised me was it is bigger in person than in the pictures. It was a good surprise!
