You'll enjoy a large pool area, outdoor kitchen with built-in and stand alone grills, tv, sound system; all with amazing views on multiple decks and stairway access to the Lake via private boat dock. It has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, plus 1 additional bathroom by the pool. The house will easily accomodate 12-14 people. Both Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, wet bar, ice maker, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, central A/C, heat, towels/linens, hair dryer. Access to 18 hole Golf course, basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, Disc Golf Course, kids playground, public pool, and boat ramp.

The second main level bedroom has a full bed (sleeps 1-2) and is adjacent to a hallway half-bath. It also has a glass sliding door with a separate private deck. A down stairway leads to another large living space with a game room, a cabin-style bunk room with two bunk beds; sleeps two on bottom and one on top (sleeps total 6 people). Another spacious downstairs bedroom features two queen beds (sleeps 4 total). Full bath downstairs.

Summary: We came to Hot Springs Arkansas for a girls weekend get away. We enjoyed the spacious house , swimming pool, and kitchen. Had a little drive to the Casino, Bathhouse Spa, Glass Chapel and garden, Duck Boat Ride , and Downtown. Host gave all the information we need at check-in and we would definitely stay again.

Summary: Nice quiet home on the Quachita River near Lake Catherine.FYI there is a lot of steps to the dock so be prepared. The pool was great and it's a play pool so not very deep. The entire pool area and outside deck was where we spent the majority of the time and with a full bath it was a plus. Enough pool towels, wonderful. The house worked very well for our group of 9 and it is family friendly. There is a locking gate at top of stairs so another plus with the younger children. Plenty of towels in all baths and kitchen (most rental we've stayed at lacked towels in kitchen). Washer and dryer was another plus. If you are late sleepers I suggest you sleep in the downstairs room with the double beds or the bunk room or the upstairs room besides the master because over the king bed is a skylight (one also over walk-in shower in master) which as the day lightens so does over the bed. Early riser's not a issue. This house is on the water, surrounded by forests (did see deer) so there are bugs, crawling and flying and some might get into the house, that's common and wasn't a problem for us since we also reside in the country. Only issue we had was kitchen faucet which has a sensor that wasn't working correctly, so works one time then not. We just used the island sink. Also both doors onto decks off living area are 3 point locks so took us a bit to figure out. Sheri at the office was wonderful and responded to every question we had. Many Thanks.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool was not clean. The pool itself and the patio area and amenities. Both need a deep clean. Also entire property needs pest control. So many spiders. Back decks could benefit with some cleaning too. Update exterior fan etc. There were 15 air wicks plugged in the house. Smell was overpowering and left an oily residue on surfaces. Had to unplug and air out. It made our food taste like airwicks, Towels in bathrooms were clean but put up wet. Skylight in bedroom leaked onto bed during rainstorm. Many dishes in the kitchen had dried crusted food. Due to the towels, leaky sunroof and dirty dishes I ended up having to do extra laundry and dishes on vacation. Grill did not work when we got there. Location is decent a bit of a drive to Hot Springs and the view is beautiful. The home itself has a lot of potential and comfortable feel. If these issues could be fixed we would like to stay again and possibly get a discount for our previous troubles. I really wanted to swim in the pool. By the end of the vacation it was so gross I just couldn’t enjoy.
