When you first step foot through the front door, you’re greeted with massive ceilings that are exclusive to third floor units. The main floor features high ceilings, a fireplace, cozy seating area to unwind after a long day, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and retreat to the private balcony. The master suite and one of the guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master features a king bed with en suite bathroom, double vanity, shower and separate soaking tub. You will truly feel pampered when you escape to this luxurious retreat. The first guest room is also on the main floor and features a queen bed with access to the bathroom which includes a shower and tub for your relaxing needs. Retreat upstairs to the private guest suite that offers two full beds and en suite bathroom. A perfect room for your kids or a third couple with total privacy. Summary: Wonderful condo in great location! Upon entry, welcomed by tall ceilings and updated interior. The layout of the bedrooms allowed everyone to space out and we were all very comfortable. The marina down the street was super convenient for taking a boat out. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive to messages.
