Summary: It would have been nice to know when checking in that the water park wasn't open. Everything else went well otherwise.

Summary: The hotel was great! We opted for the family suit and found the room to be the perfect size. The water park was a lot of fun, although they were short on towels so be prepared to bring your own or go without.

Summary: Found some new years accessories and decorations stuffed behind the TV from previous occupants. Housekeeping didn't refresh the room at all. Pool staff could relax a bit, one fella was at a fast walk/slow jog for a good 30 minutes going around checking the pools. It was a good stay and the kids enjoyed it.

Summary: The pool/waterpark was awesome, the little arcade was cool although a few machines need some attention. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Summary: Smaller water park then some of the neighboring facilities but it is very clean, bright, and well maintained. Like the zero entry pool for smaller kids. Loved the outdoor hot tub.
