Positive: The team came to pick us up at the airport and it was a seamless check in. There is no reception - it is more of a guest house style accommodation. However the team is available via booking.com messenger or whatsapp. We found the room to be well sized and a big bathroom. While we didn't use the pool due to inclement weather it was cute and the whole area felt secluded despite being off the main areas of Hanga Roa. It was easy to walk to anywhere in the town
Negative: The room could have been insulated a bit better - there were some bugs (which is understandable given the location but felt a bit more insulation could have helped a little). There is only house keeping on certain days so felt like we had limited options for that and extra towel etc. The rooms are next to each other so limited privacy out front if you're using the table and chair... and some maybe woken by the chickens!
