Positive: The bed was comfortable and the Aircon worked well. We got a room on the ground floor as requested.

Negative: The food we ordered for dinner was not too out liking inspite of requesting the spice level. In one case, wrong billing was done.

Positive: Checkin process was quick, the onsite restaurant is a hugely convenient. Restaurant served freshly prepared food for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. They helped us get tickets to afternoon safari which was a great help.

Negative: We visited Ranthambore during wedding season and so there was loud music into the night. The electricity in the area was unstable but it wasn’t down for too long, I think they have backup generators which kicked in.

Positive: The facility is quite new and well maintained. Staff super supportive in booking my safari and finding a seat despite the high demand. The room was clean and comfortable. The tasty, indian breakfast was waiting for me after my safari.

Negative: Only one small, small thing. I am not sure I requested to be woken up by the staff, hence it was a bit scary to hear the phone ringing. But okay, my alarm was about to ring.
