Summary: Easy to find and good parking availability. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable with a snuggly duvet. Breakfast was delicious and service was good. The hotel was nice and quiet so I slept well and felt relaxed. Many thanks :-)

Summary: Nothing was too much trouble, and responses from staff were always genuinely friendly in a manner better than I have seen in years. The rooms weren't perfect (in terms of renovation specifically) but everything is still very well presented.

Summary: Richard was a lovely host, and very helpful when it came to changing pillows as feather too soft for our tastes. Great breakfast in relaxed surroundings. Free parking too.

Summary: Absolutely amazing venue. I have stayed here a few times and the staff are genuinely the hospital hosts I have ever come across, nothing is too much trouble. I was tired on arrival from travelling hours and still had work to do, and they kindly carried all of my luggage to my room allowed me to have dinner in my room at no extra cost - which was delicious!!
