Summary: The house is big and spacious It has a lot of amenities useful for our stay We were a family of 8 including children and Everyone loved the spaces and the heated pool The only thing we didn’t like and struggled a lot was the mosquitoes in the outside area we ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. We couldn’t leave the doors open at any moment! I wish they could use pesticides or pest control Spraying in the area would Help to enjoy the outside area.

Summary: First of all, the location of this house is perfect if you don’t want to be in the fast paced city. It is on the western outskirts and is close to so many restaurants, shops, etc. Secondly, Adrian, is absolutely amazing and very much on top of communication! We appreciated him very much. The house is big and beautiful. It was everything we needed for a family gathering. We all loved the pool! We absolutely recommend this place! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Summary: We stayed at Rancho Encantado as our home base for visits to Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Mountains and White Sands national parks. The home was perfect for our family of 4 (all adults). It was very clean, well stocked and had very good wi-fi. We especially enjoyed the covered porch, pool and grill. The communication with Raul and Adrian was also excellent.
