Positive: The home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and supplies and had cookbooks with local flavor suggestions. The living room furniture was clean and so comfortable. Books and maps were so helpful with a variety of topics and local interest. The window coverings were clean and updated with electrical operations in the living room. Kitchen and living room had fans with varying speeds that made the air flow so refreshing and comfortable. Rooms had air purification systems that made it even better. Beds were comfortable and cozy, complete with linen sheets and exquisite bed coverings. Soft bath sheets, towels and provided liquid soaps and lotions were scented soaps that were above average quality with the scents of Ginger, rosemary and lavender! Bath salts if you desired. The enclosed courtyard was beautiful with blooming rosebushes and two sitting areas. Fortunately, I had my own personal lawn chair and went round back to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The home is situated inside a fenced property with another home that makes us feel safe and protected. Two carport areas to park your car and a ramp to easily access the one step enclosed courtyard. This home is so perfect for a getaway, and highway access is perfect to go to surrounding cities and towns. I would absolutely stay again! The host is truly invested in contributing to the perfect home away from home experience. Thank you for the attention to details! Best ever! Respectfully, Debra from Colorado.

Positive: House was great. Nice small fenced yard with outdoor seating. Clean and quiet. One level living.

Negative: Dealing with the staff was a nightmare. They were professional and friendly, but never in my life have I had to communicate so many times when renting a property- it was beyond ridiculous. When one goes on vacation, they just want to rent the property and be done with it. The first issue was the $200 nonrefundable pet fee which was not disclosed before renting the property. That was unsatisfactory. The property management company advised this pricey fee after the fact (the only option im booking.com is a nonrefundable rental.) They noted that booking.com does not allow for specific information detailing pet fees. That said, their online information pamphlet about the property did not disclose this either. I find that extremely underhanded. After several communications back-and-forth about this, we came up with an acceptable alternative. Again, this took several communications back-and-forth. Additionally, their online payment system is rather archaic. Also, We did not receive information how to access the house until 10 minutes before our check-in time which they apologized about. Again, we encounter difficulties with the process to pay for the pet fee after we checked out. This was met with several communications back-and-forth between the management company. Again, they were always polite and friendly, but the amount of communications, the process, and the undisclosed pet fees were beyond ridiculous. This was not something that I would not want to deal with again when going on vacation. There are many other lovely properties in Santa Fe- I wish I had chosen a different one given the overall experience. Thank you.

Positive: Not keys, but code was easy to use. Spacious rooms, comfortable accommodations . Very quiet!!

Negative: Need to check the battery pack in the kitchen skylight. We saw the battery pack was hanging by a wire.
