Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Breakfast was plenty, beds were comfortable, shower was heated and good pressure, staff was very kind, they tried to accomodate my vegetarian diet.

Negative: WiFi is very bad. Constantly drops, very hard to browse. Wish they would fix this but since it's a "nature retreat" people probably consider it a no brainer. However there's almost always no cellphone service, so you're disconnected most of the time. Some paths to enter your room were just in grass with no clear path, and sometimes the staff needed to mow the grass in the morning which was a bit noisy. Again, almost no vegetarian options, but if you request a kids meal and subtitute the protein with eggs or something, it's good. The outside pool isn't heated, which makes it very cold, but the inside pool is very warm. Pool needs some cleaning or maintenance since the lining is falling off.

Negative: Staff was polite but didn't smile and weren't friendly. Temperature of shower was luke warm. Roosters started crowing at 330am on our first night which kept us awake for most of the early morning hours. The food could have been better - the lasagna for 2 people was small, the hamburger was over cooked, the mini kibes had cheese in them which we didn't expect.
