Ranch walkout with an open concept main floor! Two bedrooms on the main floor and third bedroom in the basement. Two separate living spaces makes it easy to spread out!

Summary: I was very happy with the overall experience at this house. I did notice a few ants crawling around in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a very good place to stay, highly recommend.

Summary: We were visiting Columbia with another family for Parents Weekend at Mizzou! The house was decorated really nice with very comfortable accommodations! The space on top & bottom floors was laid out really well to give each family some room to spread out!

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for my childhood best friend and me. It is spacious, well appointed and immaculately kept. The neighborhood is lovely, and it is close to everything we wanted to do. Derek was easy to reach and very accommodating. I highly recommend this house.

Summary: Derek and Patty’s house is in a very sweet neighborhood! Quiet pretty sidewalks were really nice for walking. I travel with two dogs, and we enjoyed all of the conservation land in Rockbridge area, the Katy Trail by Cooper’s Landing, and also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Murray’s Restaurant is close for excellent take out or to have a glass of wine and listen to music. It was super nice that the dogs could use the pool, and they even had a stack of dog towels and special chews left for them by the hosts 😊👍 I highly recommend, would be a fantastic place for a family get together, too.
