Negative: The staff wasn’t professional at all At 3am some one entered my room while i was sleeping and they say they give him the key by mistake !!!! The breakfast was very poor

Positive: Very hospitable staff, always smiling and very friendly. Clean rooms and hallways. Secure premises - left the baby stroller in the lobby and it was not an issue. Clean swimming pool. Decent sized room. Nice playpark next to hotel for kids to enjoy.

Negative: Location is good but it is still a 15 mins walk to Lara beach - the way back is all uphill. Breakfast was very basic and not very well stocked towards the end.. Could've been better.
