Summary: Very elegant hotel with a breakfast far above the typical with fresh fruit, cheese, and hard boiled eggs. The only handicapped accessible room available only had one queen bed- would be greatly improved with a king bed

Summary: The room and beds were comfortable but the connectivity was very poor. We got WiFi when we originally checked in but in the evening we were unable to pick up anything. We advised the front desk and they sent someone up to us to check things out. He worked on the issue for about 15 minutes but advised us it was not something he could fix. He mentioned that there were a bank of rooms that experienced this issue and said we could move to another room since they had some queen beds (rooms) available but we had everything put away for the evening and didn’t want to hassle with it. For anyone going to this Ramkota, it would be wise to ask about connectivity when checking in, but at a minimum, do your own due diligence once you are in your room before undoing your suitcase, cooler, etc. Make sure it’s okay when you get into the room and advise the front desk of your intentions to move if it’s not acceptable to you when checking in.

Summary: The breakfast on the first morning was ok. Big puddle leaking out from underneath the counter. Had to ask someone to come take care of it. The second morning was not a good experience. . No coffee when I entered the food area at 9 a.m. They have a kiosk in the hallway with coffee. Not a lot of choices of food. Tables were not cleaned after people used them. No attendant in that area.

Summary: The breakfast was amazing! Wonderful fruit bar, omelette, bar with a personalized menu,and lovely breakfast selection in the buffet. Wonderful walk along the river right outside of hotel we would definitely try this one again.
