Summary: Not great, hotel is old and smells of old. Showed up and it took a while for them to find my reservation, not a huge deal just a little frustrating. The gentlemen helping me was pleasant though. Went down to the bar to get a drink, sat down, had 2 waitresses walk past several times without even acknowledging me. I am patient so I waited another 5 minutes, and no hi I will be right with or sorry I am busy I will be with you as soon as I can. Got up and left after that. Wouldn't recommend, several other nicer place to stay in Casper that are the same price.

Summary: After pre-paying for our stay, the check-in person told me it hadn’t been paid so I paid upon arrival. I later found me receipt and went back to the desk to remove the second charge. Our room was large, which was nice. We stayed in a 2Q with sofa alcove unit. Dinner in the restaurant was good with good service. The floor of the room was tilted and went up/down. No bedding for the sofa was in the room and we found an empty Crown Royal bottle in the felt bag inside one of the dresser drawers. The beds were flimsy but we slept okay. The pool area was nice but geared for younger children as the pool was only three feet deep. We would stay here again.

Summary: Older hotel but clean enough. Breakfast was great and pool. Recommend based on that for families. Bar next to check in with drunk people cussing and carrying on was obnoxious. Recommend keeping the door closed.

Summary: Not so good, very noisy could hear doors slamming until after midnight then started up again at 6am. Room was dirty, bedding was stained

Summary: Everyone was very friendly, the room was nice and quiet. This was our pups first hotel stay and she handled it perfectly because of how quiet the room was even with two fireworks programs happening on either side of the hotel.

Summary: Long line at check in could have been fixed with a second desk clerk as it eventually was. Otherwise a smooth check in. Room was very comfortable with good working amenities. Staff at breakfast were very cheerful and attentive. The bartender is a wonderful person and makes a mean cocktail.

Summary: Pros Great pool area for kids, especially toddlers. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean beds. Easy access to pool. Cons Very expensive for what you get. Dirty rooms. Strong smoke smell. Run down. Warm/muggy. Mediocre breakfast. Cold pool. If I had paid $60 for the night I would have felt it was a fair trade-off. The price point is 4-5 times higher that that.
