Positive: Very pleasant hotel in Gilgit. The views from my balcony were spectacular. The hotel was very clean throughout. The staff are polite and helpful. Very nice pool area.

Negative: The quality and variation at breakfast could be improved. There was cereal but no milk. My room had a couple of issues - the safe didn't work at first and the plug in the bathroom sink got stuck and wouldn't pop back up. Using the outdoor pool was a bit of an awkward experience; they seemingly had to open up the area for me even though it was after its official opening time. I was slightly made to feel like I was being an inconvenience.

Positive: The hotel was really modern and the rooms were extremely spacious and well equipped. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They also offered complimentary drop off to the airport which was a nice addition. The rooms could have been slightly cleaner but nothing major. There was also an issue where they took the money upfront before our stay but I wanted to pay upon arrival. This issue was not resolved so worth bearing in mind if you don’t want to pay using the card you booked with!

Summary: Overall, great place to stay when in Gilgit.

Negative: Nails sticking out from the carpet in the room, it poked me and my wife’s feet both. When I complained about it, they simply just apologized and didn’t accommodate me in any other way. Kind of disappointed that they take people’s safety lightly. No regards to the fact that it could potentially cause a septic reaction. The lady at the front still had the audacity to ask for a 10/10 review!

Positive: The hotel’s location is pretty close by to all the main spots. The staff is exceptional, we had a little situation with our flight being delayed and later rescheduled, but they were super cooperative and made sure everything went seamlessly for us once we finally reached Gilgit.

Negative: Not much, we liked everything. Just waiting for the pool and spa to inaugurate in July, or by the next time we visit.

Summary: Very comfortable and worth the money. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious.
