Positive: The location was OK and the staff helpful.

Negative: When this hotel first opened - I would guess 20+ years ago it was probably among the best in the area. However time and the arrival of newer competitors has left it as an acceptable second rate commercial hotel. It's main occupants during our stay were parties of school children from Hong Kong and local pensioners on outings. It's catering is for breakfast only and only for local tastes. Some of the services offered in the information booklet, such as collect and return laundry service no longer exist. There is a self-service washing machine on the 3rd floor. Having said all of this it provides a reasonable option for the budget traveller.

Summary: Reasonable budget option.

Positive: Location is 15-20 walks to Wanda Plaza (one of biggest shopping mall). Nearby hotel there are few small breakfast places and also fresh market. ** room in the photo is not the room booked thru booking.com but the additional room I booked after reached the hotel. But this is overall how it looks in the room.

Negative: Things in the room is a bit all around but it is not a very negativee feedback. In case you need a hairdryer, there is one in the drawer nearby TV. (I couldnt find one in my first stay.) Staff are nice but very limited English communication skill (but translation app will help)
