Positive: Overall, our stay at the Ramada Jerusalem was okay. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also decent. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the staff. Throughout our stay, we found the staff consistently very unfriendly and not particularly welcoming or helpful. This really affected the overall experience and is something the hotel should improve. Overall, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, but the service and attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired.
Negative: The staff were very unfriendly and not welcoming. This made our stay less enjoyable.
