Summary: Reserved a smoking room. Got to the room and no ashtray. I had to use my cellphone to call the desk because there was no phone in the room. Also no refrigerator, microwave or any information on location of ice and vending machine. The clerk was pleasant and helpful when my key didn’t work the first time but was left with a feeling of oh well.

Summary: This Ramada is in need of a much needed face lift. Sinks, bathtubs very stained, carpet in need of replacement. I have stayed there years before, but will not again.

Summary: The only problem we had was the description on hotels.com said they had an elevator. They did not and no first floor rooms when we checked in. We are 77 years old and the stairs were hard for us to manage.

Summary: It was a fine hotel. We were weary from driving. My wife went to your hot tub and my son went swimming. We watched a show and went to sleep. In the morning we enjoyed your great breakfast.

Summary: We had stayed at this facility years ago and we're disappointed this time. When the shower was turned on half of the water came out of the tub spout at the same y. The TV remote didn't work When asking the front desk for help she said to get behind the TV and fiddle with a button After about a half hour we were able to get a channel we want. No offer of help. Generally disdatified .
