Summary: The check-in process wasn't that pleasant to be honest. Front entry doors were locked due to "lack of power" and you had to only get in if you were already checked in...lol. Got the keys and went to my room on 2nd floor where the horror began. It looked like they didn’t care about cleanliness at all. Dirt marks and threads of hair everywhere. On pllows, bedsheet, shower tub, sink, floor, name it. Turning on the TV was a nightmare. The satellite box was behind the tv. Hard to find if it's your first time. That made me almost miserable 😫. I looked everywhere for the box and finally decided to look behind the congested at back of the tv. Tv remote acted up as well. Thermostat couldn't stay at the temp I wanted it at. Had I read the previous comments, I wouldnt have stayed at this hotel. Apparently, the power randomly go out at this hotel. Shame to the great Ramada brand. I had the kitchenette suite which wasn't equipped at all. Don't waste your money!

Summary: Great room, it was very very clean they supplied Timothy’s coffee and a tiny Keurig machine. I was able to get extra sugar and creamer every day. Very quiet. There is no restaurant or ice machine or laundry service in the hotel just as a heads up.

Summary: Standard pillows, when I would expect king size for a king size bed. Floors very creaky when walking in hallways and room. Clean room. Staff was friendly. Weird area of town, no close amenities. Door to hotel locked at 8pm made me think it was an unsafe area. Updated rooms.

Summary: Even though the hotel was recently renovated, the actual renovation work was very poor quality. Lots of paint drops on the floor, missing base boards, grout work was poor, walls were dirty, etc. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Sound travels quite easily between rooms. Could hear a child through the walls from the room next to us.

Summary: Clean rooms and newly renovated, service was great. Only things not great was the bathroom plug in didn’t work, room was small and noisy- could hear hallway noise and other rooms slamming shut. Location is also not ideal
