Summary: Upon check in we were given keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. This was remedied quickly but the fridge in the new room was completely frozen (at least 4-5 inches of ice) and leaking water inside. The shape of the hotel was poor! It's clear that maintenance has gone down hill over the last year. We've stayed here several times and although it's dated never experienced this before. Smelled like mildew and there was obviously a water leak recently that wasn't properly taken care of. Won't stay there again!

Summary: The stay at the Days Inn was average. I am not a fan of the metal bed frames, but slept about normal. The folks around me were up all hours of the night -- very disappointing.

Summary: The property is outdated. Unclean property in the common areas as well as in the rooms. TV did not work, service person came in to switch the one from the living room to the bedroom.

Summary: For the price there was no charging ports. The location of the electrical wall outlets were in a bad location to charge your devices. We've stayed at lower priced hotels that had several charging stations. Made it difficult to keep your phone close while charging.

Summary: Breakfast was good. Rooms are kinda old, dated, and meh... A/C didn't work in my room. Had to move. A/C didn't work in 2nd room. Had to move AGAIN! Finally they put me in this massive suite where the A/C was working! Hotel needs massive overhaul.

Summary: When I checked in the employee behind the counter was in a poor mood. She stated she wasn't feeling well. She did check me in but never informed me or leave me any info on the Wi-Fi or the times for breakfast. I got to my room & it was clean to the first sight. I went into the bathroom & a picture had fallen with broken glass covering the floor. I walked it & informed her that it was laying on the floor & there was broken glass covering the floor. I thought she called to have someone clean it up but no one arrived. On the 3rd night, I woke up at 12:45 AM with the feeling of something crawling on me. I pulled back the sheets & fount bed bugs!!! I grabbed one & brought it up to the front desk. Showed the man working & all he could do for me was make me change rooms. Not very concerned & emotionless about the situation. If it wasn't so late/early I would have left or slept in my car. Upon check-out I mentioned the bedbug situation again& got little to no concern or apology from the staff. I'm very disappointed & disgusted. I shouldn't have had to pay for my stay. I feel they need customer service training.

Summary: TV's did not work & room phone's not working could not call fro t deak had to go down there 1times finally asked for different room ! One tv worked other one did not ! Had no iorning board hey brpught one that was practically broken and had rings of paint on it from qhere paint cans were set on it
