Summary: Air conditioner unit was really dirty, sink leaked in bathroom, not enough towels, security doors didn’t work had to walk all around the building if u parked at your room parking space, weeds everywhere, nothing had been cleaned outside

Summary: We had stayed at this hotel a long time ago and it was ok. This time, it was run down and looked like it needed a lot of tlc. Not sure if their are permanent residents at this hotel, but some seamed a little sketchy! A/C did not work, no water pressure, phone did not work, but the beds were very comfortable! Would not go back unless their are changes to the place though.

Summary: This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling. But we were happy to have any room at this point and the breakfast and breakfast team were amazing. The ladies who cook and prepped the food did a wonderful job and we were grateful.
