Summary: Nice comfortable room but shower curtain hung high, inch of water on floor after short shower. ,TV service went out and management did not know how to reset so had to watch news on the phone

Summary: When I first arrived the front desk attendant was kinda rude. She seemed like she did not want to speak and was bothered with our presence. However, thought out my stay, I was not bothered by anyone. Breakfast was 6-9am only. I wish they had better tvs and channels to go along with the stay. I did meet a super friendly room service supervisor and she was nice as can be. We did not have a chance to try the outdoor pool since most of our stay was raining. Overall, for the price paid it was decent.

Summary: We arrived late so missed the shuttle and as breakfast ended early, we missed that too. Nice towels in the bathroom. As was only for pre-cruise was fine and more affordable than others.

Summary: I couldn't tell whether they were getting ready to renovate or ready to demolish. Building is extremely old and outdated. Was told my room on the 5th floor won't cool because its too close to the roof and they probably shouldn't rent that floor

Summary: I’ve had better. My first night I was put in a room that looked like it was in the middle of a remodel and extremely hot so I got no sleep. The next morning I asked to be moved and I was, but throughout the day whenever I would ask a question I was met with coldness. Absolutely no warm customer service here. This morning when I went to check out I asked for a receipt for the $100 deposit I made and I was told flat out no. I’ve never stayed at a hotel and been treated like I was a bother. Will definitely never stay here again.
