Summary: Check-in was 3pm we arrived at 530pm and our room was not ready. We were attending a concert so once I started to complain they gave the next room available after numerous comments of no guaranteed time of when it would be ready. It was unfortunate because that was my only complaint. After a long drive we needed to get ready and had to wait around for a room that should've been ready hours prior.

Summary: We loved this hotel, from checking in, out, included breakfast and staff went above and beyond. We were treated like royalty. Breakfast options were amazing, with food being kept warm, or cold depending on the item. People who made sure it was well stocked and available were very helpful and even took our dirty dishes away for us. We noticed that pool windows were being cleaned and all the employees had a smile on the face and greeted not only each other, but the people who stayed at the hotel. You need to give all the employees at this hotel, raises and compliments because this made us feel that we made the best choice by staying here.

Summary: Wow! We lived nearby for four years, and recently moved out of state. We sometimes passed the Ramada and felt it la led curb appeal, which to a degree it still does. It also suffers from being located a few blocks off a main li al street. However, during a recent one-night return visit to Springfield I booked af Ramada and was VERY pleasantly surprised. The desk agent was very professional and friendly, and the inside of the property, including the room was updated, clean and provided a great stay.
